ALL VISITORS
TRACKWEST’S TRIAL & TRAINING AREA is currently bound by Gnangara Rd, Centerway, Tick Rd And Gaskell Rd. (subject to change)

ALL visitors entering this area must check in with the Chief Steward at ALL times.
Visitors who are not Competitors entered in the trial, or TrackWest members attending training, shall NOT bring dogs into the Trial Area without the permission of TrackWest and the Chief Steward PRIOR to the day of the trial.
The only training available within the Trial Area is for TrackWest members on the above conditions.

Instructors and judges may be using this area for training after completion of training or trials.

Thankyou for your co-operation

TRAINING ON TRIAL DAYS
TrackWest offers limited training on Trial Days.
This is open to ALL TrackWest Members, but must be co-ordinated with the Chief Steward and the Training Co-ordinator.
Areas are limited so as not to interfere with judging.
Judges often re-flag, or flag tracks in advance for the next trial day, so these areas may also be off limits.

Instructors and judges may be using areas for training after completion of regular training or trials.
TRACKWEST ENTRY FORM (not official)
This entry form can be used as an addendum to the Official ANKC entry form .
It has been designed to assist the Trial Secretary.
If only using the ANKC entry form, please note day you would prefer to trial and your nominated track layer.

CLUB CHAMPION
In 2012 the Club Champion will be decided as follows (as done in 2011):
All dogs gaining their Tracking Champion title during the preceding season will be eligible.
In the first instance dogs will be selected by their grading eg all dogs with Excellent.
Finalists will be then be narrowed down according to other factors eg comparison of how the track was worked, tracking history etc.
This will be discussed and decided by TrackWest Judges and the Trial Secretary.
If necessary a “track off” between evenly scoring dogs may occur.
The Club Champion award will be presented at the Presentation Dinner.
